One of the newest models from Calligaris, St Tropez, has received a coveted Good Design Award for furniture in 2017.
St Tropez offers a highly unique shell with quilted back, and is available in a variety of colors and bases. Through the magic of Italian design, this piece has succeeded in creating playful design that is also highly sophisticated.
The Good Design awards started as a partnership between the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York City and the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, so it isn’t a wonder that this piece screams Pop Art.
We are excited by the poppy colors drawn from a Warhol or Haring inspiration, as well as the unique structure that draws lines to a Koons sculpture… this chair is truly inspired.

The polycarbonate shell is available in 4 transparent tones and 4 matt colors, and is mounted on either a base with 4 legs in metal or wood, or on an aluminum base with 4 or 5 casters.
